- Placement : Bobobox Kebayoran Baru Jakarta / Bobobox Tebet
- Greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner
- Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system
- Suggesting the guest to download Bobobox apps for more interesting stay experience.
- Ask for guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form filled correctly
- Give the locker key while explaining to the guest about the staying rules and the policy of the locker facilities.
- Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK, Diploma. Majoring in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management is a plus.
- At least 2 Years of working experience as Frontliner/Front Office Attendant/Receptionist at hotel.
- Good looking and well grooming
- Understand about Hotel Management System
