    6. In depth knowledge of office management.
    7. Ability to organize a daily workload priority.
    8. English skill is a must.
    Job description
    1. Manage executive’s schedules and calendars: arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting documents.
    2. Make travels arrangements for executives.
    3. Maintain budget for the office (travel, consumable supplies, etc.).
    4. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
    5. Fulfil others secretarial duties as needed.
