    Job Purpose :
    • The purpose of this role is to maintain and expand relationships with customers (end users) and is responsible for achieving sales quota and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met.
    Key Accountabilities :
    • To achieve the sales target and growth as determined by the company.
    • To assist in implementing the strategy and action plan determined by the management to achieve the company’s assigned goals and target
    • To assist in implementing the marketing plan as determine by the company.
    • To monitor, on a monthly basis, the sales performance and order intake from the assigned distributors/customers/Territory
    • To perform analysis on the sales trend in the assigned territory in order to :
      • Conduct periodic business review with the distributors/customers
      • To determine cause of change in business trend
      • To determine opportunities and threats from the market (new sales and lost sales)
      • To determine issue of concern and necessary corrective actions
    • To identify and develop the potential business expansion in term of :
      • Product gap to increase and improve our Product coverage
      • New customers within the existing industries and to displace competition
      • New market segment (new industries)
    • To work closely with products management group with respect to new product development
    • To gather market intelligence in the areas of :
      • Competitor’s pricing
      • Competitor’s program/initiatives
      • Competitor’s new products
      • Technology change
    Key Qualifications & Requirements :

    Specific academic or professional qualifications/experience/competence necessary for this position
    Education Qualification :
    • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.)
    Technical Competence & Skills:
    • Proven sales planning and closing skills
    • Good negotiation, influencing and follow up skills
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques are required.
    • Consistent achievement of sales goals.
    • Proven ability to manage major programs and major customer penetration and account maintenance is required.
    • Technical sales experience and/or possess strong technical aptitude.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is required.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Fluent in English 
    Relevant Experience :
    • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales or engineering work
    • Must have hands-on knowledge and experience in selling industrial products
    Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
    • Travel within Indonesia
    • English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • Must have own car
    • Preferable domicile location in Bekasi or Cikarang
