    JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage /Lead a team of professional Customer Service Team  who are passionate in about providing excellent  Customer service.
    • Identify and escalate all outstanding customer issues to the Director of Sales, and the Managing Director
    • Ensure Consultant Service/Call Center Operators are properly trained and adhered to  all procedure/SOP that is  necessary to operate efficiently.
    • Proactively, positively and professionally manage  feedback and monthly service status reports.
    • Analyzes, defines and develops the service strategy focused on a high level of customer satisfaction while efficiently managing the cost of service
    • Develops the service budget following the service strategy, aligned with the overall objectives
    • Implements continuous system and process improvement of all channels ( telephone, fax, email, social media, etc )
    • orders, contracts ,invoices new consultant registeration etc
    • Guarantees the accuracy  of data issued during the invoicing processing in SAP & from 3 PL ,(warehouse/logistic  ) as well as the information provided to the consultants/customers are correct
    • Monitors the service  level Customer satisfaction indicators
    • Consolidates all kinds  reports relevant for Customer service ,customer complaint, service level,etc. generating statistics information which will be used for the decision making
    • Create Service Culture in Customer Service team .( physical appreance,good communication skills,proactivenes efficiency,etc
    Requirements
    • Holding  bachelor degree from reputable University.
    • Minimum 10 Years + Customer Services management experience.
    • Experience leading Customer Services Team with various role .
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational process skills are required.
    • Experience with Call Center, Online order and cash and carry will advantage.
    • Must have excellent communication skills and be focused on delivering quality customer service outcomes.
